Debt Collection Assistant, Barista & Hygienist

Ingrid was born and raised in Johannesburg and is the third of six siblings. She is a devoted wife and the proud mother of two beautiful children. Her creative, energetic nature shines through in everything she does, and she has a special love for cooking, cleaning, and creating a welcoming atmosphere around her.

She joined SBL in November 2023 as our in-house barista and hygienist, where her warmth and care quickly became part of our daily rhythm. Ingrid brings genuine kindness to every interaction – always smiling, always ready with a friendly word, and always striving to brighten someone’s day.

In addition to her hospitality role, Ingrid also supports our legal team as a Debt Collection Assistant. Her dedication, positivity, and willingness to go the extra mile make her a valued and much-loved member of the SBL family.
